Le domaine Natirar, un site de près de 5 hectares installé sur les hauteurs de Peapack, abrite le Ninety Acres Culinary Center qui se compose d'un restaurant de la ferme à la table, d'un bar-salon, d'une école de cuisine et d'événements culinaires. De formidables et exceptionnels menus à base de produits de la ferme du domaine sont proposés. Le restaurant ainsi que les installations de fêtes privées définissent ce qu'une expérience culinaire de qualité devrait et doit être. Overall, we were not particularly impressed, for what was supposed to be a premium visit. Service was acceptable. However, staff needs more training to sense/tell when patrons need service. Entrees were both too salty. Physical plant is expansive and beautiful. Portion sizes OK but variable. All in all, there is work to do for this establishment to provide a true high-end experience.

Unfortunately the chef has changed and was really excited to have the chefs tasting menu but it’s not happening anymore. I was not not happy with the offers on the menu - don’t fix what isn’t broken

Ninety Acres is a hit! From the moment you arrive you are transformed to a romantic and special place. We had an opportunity to sit outside by a fire and have a drink before dinner, we also ate our dinner outside. Service was friendly and allowed time for you to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The food was incredible.

Such a disappointing experience. Went last night to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Was sat next to the hot kitchen with bright lights, clanking dishes, and servers lining up to collect food just feet from our table, with the DJ and dance music from the wedding next door overpowering the room. I asked for a table in the regular dining room when we sat and was told we'd have to wait, even though we were already being seated 15 minutes after our reservation time. Then service was super slow, entrees came out at 9pm (7:30 res). Our dessert was comped but for the $550 dinner, I spent my evening annoyed when it should have been wonderful.

This was a return visit to Ninety Acres and the experience was mostly great. The service was terrific and we enjoyed sitting right by the kitchen. The appetizers were wonderful, as were the desserts, and 3 of the 4 of us loved our entrees. The only exception was the NY strip steak which was just ok. The food could have been hotter and the meat itself varied in quality. Our only issue was that there was a wedding being held close enough to the dining room that the very loud music, the DJ and the general noise bled right through. Our waiter told us that "usually we have weddings downstairs" and it was clear that even the staff was annoyed. On the plus side, when we asked our waiter to see if the noise level could be lessened, he went to the manager and the manager was able to get the volume toned down a bit. The manager then came over to our table, apologized, and offered to pick up the cost of our desserts. The wedding did eventually end and it made a huge difference.

The burgers were juicy and melting in your mouth. One of the best I've had in recent times. They should continue keeping it on the menu. The pricing on the entrees were a tad exorbitant.

Good food. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Service slow. Mistake with billing. Disappointed we were not allowed to walk through the vegetable garden. Overall we had a good and relaxing experience.

Poor service, our server wasn’t paying attention who ordered what. Brought the check while we were drinking wine and more than half bottle was left. Overall service felt like fast food restaurants, food was alright not great.
