Le domaine Natirar, un site de près de 5 hectares installé sur les hauteurs de Peapack, abrite le Ninety Acres Culinary Center qui se compose d'un restaurant de la ferme à la table, d'un bar-salon, d'une école de cuisine et d'événements culinaires. De formidables et exceptionnels menus à base de produits de la ferme du domaine sont proposés. Le restaurant ainsi que les installations de fêtes privées définissent ce qu'une expérience culinaire de qualité devrait et doit être. location is out of the way. But one knows that going in. hard drink aperififs are skimpy for the price. Service with Beronica was fabulous. Appetizer came out way too fast (within minutes of ordering). Think tuna crudo app was prepared in the afternoon, put in fridge and served to order. not acceptable for a good restaurant. Entrees were great. deserts were great. Espresso was great.

Food and service was exemplary. Definitely recommend a table near the open kitchen, it was an incredible experience from start to finish.

Fish was glazed to a very hard crust and the fish was very dry and a small portion. Food did not justify the very high prices.

My friend and I both ordered chicken. I asked the waiter if it was spicy since I cannot eat spicy food. The chicken was so over flavored with pepper that my friend who likes spice could not eat it. When we told the waiter he offered us another choice but we instead ordered desert which was average. This was a very disappointing experience. I have been to Ninety Acres in the past and the food was always quite good

Everything about our dinner was top notch. From the welcoming of the valets, to the atmosphere, professionalism and knowledge of every member of the staff, to the impeccably prepared food, it’s an amazing experience not to be missed. It’s not an inexpensive experience, but if this is what “you get what you pay for” means, sign me up!
