A friend suggested we try this restaurant while we were here in Dallas and it did not disappoint. The entire experience was phenomenal. The food was delicious and service was top tier. Our waiter Ken was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We were celebrating a birthday so he even threw in a few freebies. From the caviar, to the drinks, to the perfectly seasoned steak, we were absolutely delighted. I can’t say enough about the live pianist that played the entire time while we dined, he was incredible. 10/10 recommend. We will definitely be back!

Crowd was lively and good looking. But we were seated 50 min after our reservation and were told we couldn’t sit in the bar, where there were a few empty tables all night, effectively because we didn’t have a connection to the bar manager. Our server was excellent. My steak was not remotely prepared as requested and way under seasoned. The fries and onion rings were terrific, but the other sides were mediocre. The highly touted carrot cake was meh. Too many other outstanding steak restaurants in Dallas to return.

0 stars. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a “fine dining” restaurant. Waited over 45min for our table (730pm, sat at 820pm), old drinks and trash on cocktail tables next to host stand, so loud you couldn’t think, overpriced drinks and food and specifically requested NOT to be in back by kitchen, etc and they sat us in the back next to the restrooms (it was our anniversary). Didn’t even stay, left. Never going back. Stay away for a romantic fine dining experience, might be good if your want a club scene.

We’ve been to a few nice restaurants. My experience here was not the best. We made a reservation for me and my wife’s 17yr anniversary and were seated at our appointment time. The food was good. It was very noisy. The service was decent but have had better. While we were sitting got a call from Nick & Sam’s saying our table was ready. So I’m not sure if that was even our table and felt it was too small for everything we ordered. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Been coming here for years and this visit wasn’t a good one. From sitting in the very back corner to the live cricket that landed on our neighbors back then our table (not our food thank goodness) to the steaks that were just average, Nick & Sam’s missed the mark. We felt herded in and out…like a number.

We celebrated my birthday here and the service was phenomenal! Our server, Twyla, was very knowledgeable about the menu and extremely personable. Also, the manager, Chris, gave us Champagne to celebrate the occasion. The Kung Pao lobster roll was delicious as well as the filet mignon. It was absolutely a 10/10 experience, easily becoming one of my favorite restaurants!

Someone who travels a lot and eats at a variety of restaurants writing this. Honestly, the meat itself was very good - there is no denying that. We ordered the bone-in chateaubriand and it was cooked perfectly and was certainly very tender. However, the rest of the experience was rather average or even sub-par. Don't be fooled by the expensive prices, expensive doesn't mean great or the best. The appetizers genuinely tasted like they could have been reheated frozen specials from the store (had the bang bang broccoli, and the pulled pork croquettes). The sides were also nothing to write home about. Server suggested creamed corn, lobster mac, and the fries. We ordered all three. At various points during the dinner, we were made to feel like we didn't spend enough, or eat enough. The portions are large, no doubt. But why make us feel like we didn't eat enough or spend enough? I'll add, the food all arrived very fast and very close together, which made enjoying it all somewhat challenging, and the experience less memorable. Perhaps we would've eaten more or spent more if the food was better spaced out. I wonder if our expectations were misplaced, but, this seemed like a restaurant with more flash than anything. Meat quality is what got it it's stars, frankly, I would have rated lower if it wasn't the steak was truly fantastic.
