Situé à Plantsville, l'ancien restaurant Old Mill est désormais devenu le New Mill, réputé pour les talents culinaires de son nouveau chef Bob Martucci. Cet ancien moulin à cidre datant de 1737 a été l'un des établissements les plus prisés du Connecticut pendant de nombreuses années, avant d'être entièrement rénové par ses propriétaires, Chris et Michelle Calvanese. Il propose des spécialités comme des fruits de mer frais, un bar de crudités, des steaks de bœuf Angus « chop house » ainsi que des pâtes et des desserts maison. Une vaste carte des vins et un grand bar propice aux conversations complètent l'offre de ce restaurant.

I would go out of my way to have another night of being served all the fixings at new mill. They hit all the high marks for a wonderful night out on the town.

The specials were amazing. Prices a little more expensive but worth it. Great night to celebrate my son’s 50th bday with his wife and my husband. Server was excellent also.

Excellent food and service as always. We were a party of 9 and all enjoyed their food. The pork chop is always a favorite and it didn’t disappoint. Others had the cod, the filet and the pasta carbonara and everyone was very happy. Many of us even had enough to enjoy another day. Reservations strongly recommended.
