Probably the best Ivy experience I have had so far. Some of the Ivy Brasseries (particularly Windsor) rush the covers in and out as quickly as they can, but here you are able to enjoy the experience at your own pace. The food is a visual feast and the taste is even better. My daughter has had sushi all over the world and rates this as one of her favourites. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful and DJ creates a good vibe without being dominant. Sushi and Blackened Cod were my most recommended.

It was a very warm day so decided to eat inside where it was cooler and also very quiet as most other diners chose to sit outside. Very friendly and efficient service so certainly will visit again.

Just personal comments on our choice of food - the terrine starter of parma ham and chicken was too dry and therefore quite difficult to eat. It was also accompanied by dry, very crispy toasted bread. It needed maybe a mayonnaise or some moisture! In contrast the mushroom and leek risotto was excellent - nicely presented and delicious.
