The area has been crying out for something of this standard and I am delighted to report that Inis does not disappoint. We went for breakfast and had a feed hearty enough to last the day! The service was brilliant and full of all the small touches that makes a dining experience great! The prune is served with an incredible balsamic vinegar, and is introduced as you would for a wine. This was already an experience in itself. All the other dishes were so flavoursome and the flatbread is a must-have! The dessert was a rhubarb cake served with a shot of rum, and was the perfect ending to a feast!
