Delicious and amazing service and looking forward to our next visit

We enjoyed our first experience of dinning at Lady Banks. The night was made more enjoyable by the wonderful, considerate, helpful and caring service provided by Fernando. Fernando looked after us and made the night stress free and enjoyable. He is an asset to your business.

We had grilled seagood plater and a wood fired seagood pizza Food and table service were unbelievably good..

Didn't start well as when we announced our arrival for a booking of 20 that did not have any tables set for us as the day staff did not tell night of our booking. To top it off they offered to sit us on the other side of the partition where trivia was being held which did not suit us. The only available tables in the bistro were not enough so we were offered the outdoor area which we took initially but eventually it was found to be to cold even with the heaters on. We went back and asked if we could take the the tables that were available and fortunately an adjacent table also became free so we were able to sit together. I highly commend the actions of the young service lady first for being very apologetic from the outset and secondly looking for alternatives. Afterwards everything was smooth sailing as the food coming from the kitchen was as usual tasty and cooked beautifully.
