The decor was very chic homely heritage style and with a nice ambience of dim lighting and piano playing in the background. We opted for the 8 course degustation menu. Every dish was faultless and carefully thought out. Service was impeccable with dishes served to the table by the chef. Plenty of space, lovely outlook and a great menu choice with cheaper small meal options. Service was prompt and we had a very pleasant meal without being rushed. People were well spread so no loud voices and overcrowding. Very nice views to the city and Botany Bay. Thanks guys, very difficult to find a nice place for our 99 year old Mother to eat but Caringbah Tradies ticked all the boxes for a pleasant meal where we could hear without shouting.
