Specifically booked downstairs to accomodate guests with disabilities, but on arrival was told our booking was upstairs. When we explained the situation, they quickly changed the arrangements. Probably a bit more expensive than it should be (worked out to be about $55 per person) but for an occasional dinner out would be ok.
