Pour la majeure partie des habitants de Grand Country, le Ranch House Restaurant at Devil's Thumb Ranch est l'endroit où aller pour profiter d'une occasion spéciale. Cet établissement sans prétention, agrémenté de parquet en bois franc, se trouve à l'entrée d'une prairie, juste à côté de la ligne continentale de partage des eaux d'Amérique du Nord. Il est situé dans la propriété d'origine où se trouvait le ranch dans les années 1930. Il est agréable de penser que les premiers pionniers ont en partie choisi ce lieu pour sa vue magnifique : le wapiti et l'orignal se promènent dans les alentours, tandis que les étoiles tapissent le ciel comme vous ne le verrez jamais dans une ville. On peut également penser que ces anciens éleveurs aimaient aussi la bonne nourriture. Le Ranch House Restaurant perpétue la tradition avec style.     What a great place. We had been traveling all day and just wanted a nice meal on Christmas Day. The restaurant was decorated very festive, the hostess was friendly and our waiter was great. Food came out quickly and was delicious. Will definitely go back.

    Volarios is our favorite special occasion restaurant in the valley. Pasta to steak even the pomegranate salad are all outstanding. Cozy atmosphere, warm professional service. It should not be missed when you are in Winter Park

    Our dinner was fabulous! NY strip the best I have ever had. Root veggies were delicious as were the Demi glacé and creamy mushroom sauces. The grilled Caesar and house salad were wonderful. Thank you Chef Ryan for recommending this gem! (And our enthusiastic server, Nick, was most attentive.) We will definitely return in our next trip to Winter Park.

    This hidden gem is a MUST for locals and visitors. In 35 years I have not had such an amazing meal in Winter Park. The chefs attention to detail and flavor in every bite is extraordinary. The Chef himself came and shared his specials with us. We ordered Patatas Bravas & Setas al Ajo to start. The Patatas have a nice kick with a sauce that rounded out the dish. The Setats were cooked perfectly with a flavor one must experience to understand. One of our guests tried the Garlic soup on special and loved it. All of our dinners were cooked to perfection with flavors you only find at a gem like this. Congratulations to the chef, and service team - this meal we be talked about for years to come. We will be bringing all of our guests to visit.
