Tony Castillo traveled the world and in 2012, opened in chicago his first restaurant called “Longitud315” a fusion of South America Cuisine, concept that has given Chef Tony awards such Chef of the Year and lately The International Chef of The Year in Chicago. Reason why Chef Tony decided to open his second restaurant in his hometown Ticuman Morelos, Mexico. Here you will find his unique Cocina de Autor featuring dishes that were inspired by his mother, traditional dishes from the revolution of Gral Zapata and sone others that Chef Tony learned from locals from the different towns of Morelos and from his travels around the world.
