The Four Seasons, which was the first restaurant in Staffordshire to attain 3 rosettes in 2015, champions first class produce from specialist suppliers backed by sustainable and humane farming methods. Tasting and Vegetarian Tasting menus are offered alongside a Prix Fixe a la carte selection Tuesday to Saturday, whilst on Sundays there is a traditional Sunday lunch menu. A "4 for £40" tasting menu is available Wednesday and Thursday evenings as well as Friday and Saturday lunchtimes.
