Upon our third visit, we were warmly welcomed by Rhinna, our waitress from previous visits, who remembered our preferred table and wine selections – a personal touch that exemplifies the attentive service culture at Silversands. The catch of the day is consistently stellar, featuring local fish like mahi-mahi or red snapper, perfectly grilled and paired with seasonal island vegetables and coconut rice. Unforgettable dinner at Flying Fish in Grenada. Delicious!

I had the lobster and girlfriend had the snapper. Both delicious. Appetizer were great. Was very surprised on the large portions. Fine dining... The staff was excellent from reception, waitresses and chef. A great experience. Highly recommend

To be honest, I should have done more research. This is an all inclusive resort and we booked as outsiders. They have a nightly pre fixed menu that we couldn’t see ahead of time. When we got there, I didn’t like anything on the menu so even though I only got a tiny entree and dessert, we had to pay $115 each for the dinner. The taxes and fees added brought the total to over $300. The ambience and service was amazing but I wouldn’t pay to go there again and I left really really hungry. We both the shrimp entree which had 4 small shrimp and that was all I ate.
