Ce lieu vous raconte une longue et passionnante histoire dont les tons vert, brun et boisés sont le décor. Présentant une salle à manger d'une capacité de 75 sièges ainsi qu'un bar de 16 places conçu pour la restauration, le Santaella célèbre les racines de la comida criolla, la cuisine créole de l'île, et intègre les techniques, saveurs et fusions du monde entier dans ses plats.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! This was my first time dining here, as I usually visit Cocina Abierta when I’m in San Juan. When I found out my go-to spot was closed for the day, I was disappointed—but they recommended their sister restaurant, and I’m so glad they did! To be completely honest, I wasn’t expecting much, but I was blown away. The food was simply outstanding—bursting with flavor in every bite. Since I was dining alone, I let my server choose my dishes, and every single one was a delightful surprise. Beyond the incredible food, the service was truly exceptional. The staff was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Their passion for hospitality and attention to detail elevated the entire experience. The whole evening felt like dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant, and I can’t wait to return. This place is an absolute MUST-TRY!
