We have enjoyed this restaurant over the years. Something has changed. The restaurant had very little if any heat. We wore our coats in the restaurant and were still cold. They did not have a beer selection, nor did they have the rose’ I ordered. My husband also had to make a second wine choice. Not the best experience for Valentines Day. Reservation rules say we have 90 minutes for our dining experience but it took us that long to be served. Restaurant was understaffed with two people serving about 20 people. A couple came in after us, ate and left, while we were still waiting for our entrees. Staff seemed indifferent to us and how long we waited for our food. Food was good when it finally arrived. We hope this restaurant will be successful but changes need to be made before we will be back.

We made a reservation for my husband’s birthday and showed up to a closed and empty-of-people restaurant. Apparently they were not open on that beautiful, sunny day but they made no mention of it on their voicemail nor on there website. There wasn’t even a sign on the door. Super frustrating.

Score could not reflect a true review. We made the reservation but the restaurant was not open upon our arrival. Ps. It was our 24 th anniversary. So it will always be a night to remember 😊

We booked a reservation via OpenTable which was confirmed the day before only to arrive at the restaurant to find it was closed. We called several times and ultimately left a message. If they are closed for the month of January, their website doesn’t reflect that and they are still accepting reservations. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Plan on a leisurely date night. Kind of nice to be at a table and welcomed to stay awhile vs being pushed out to flip the table.

Place was closed. I was able to make a reservation since nothing ever referenced it being closed. They even confirmed the reservation, but when we showed up, it was dark and locked. Apple Maps even showed them being open. This should be fixed. Wasted trip.

I made a reservation and when I went to the restaurant, it was completely closed. No notice, no notification whatsoever.

We have loved Neahkahnie Bistro on so many occasions in the past. However, we have now made reservations multiple times, confirmed the reservations, and arrived in Manzanita to find the Bistro CLOSED. No warning, no call, no message. I attempted this time to call, message, reach out to confirm, as we have been burned in the past, but could not reach anyone. We decided to try one more time and...dark and closed when we arrived. Eisha is a talented chef and we would love to support Neahkahnie Bistro, but never again. Please, oh please, just remove this restaurant from Open Table, as people think they are making reservations for a dinner they will not have. We chatted with locals in Manzanita and it is not uncommon for Neahkahnie Bistro to be closed without warning, yet "reservations required."

Food was very good. However, the owner was the only one working on New Year’s Eve. He was the greeter, server, cook and busboy. As a result the entree was delayed over an hour and 20 minutes. We had to wait 20 minutes to get a glass of wine and 40 minutes for a salad. The delay contributed to a negative experience. Once we finally received the food we enjoyed it.
