Naupaka Terrace is located inside Outrigger Kaua`i Beach Resort & Spa, where our dining room is complemented by the oceanside garden setting. Had a great dinner ! Beautiful setting outside under a lighted umbrella. Food was wonderful and reasonably priced for a resort. I would highly recommend

The manager's hiring strategy - close eyes, spin around, and point. Untrained employees, unbothered and tanking the place with bad reviews. Great potential, but it's like watching a car crash - unless they shake things up, it's a lost cause. Food's forgettable, wine list's a rip-off, but hey, fresh ingredients…

Disappointed I didn’t follow the reviews. Crab cakes were clearly some frozen/microwave nonsense, full of filler and terrible. The ribeye was tough. The whole experience was a waste of time/money. The severs were nice, so this review is not about them. This place needs a redo! It’s unbecoming of a Marriott property.

Food was good it was pretty dead when we went so it was very enjoyable. Mike koi pond as well

A very bad experience!! 2 couples went out to dinner. The women ordered Mahi Mahi. Nowhere was there any indication it would be smothered in butter. Both women have lactose issues so we sent it back. Both ordered the chicken and asked that any sauce be put on the side. It came out smothered in teriyaki sauce so we went that back too. By this the men were done eating and the women had enough, so we asked for the check. The manager came out, said there was no charge for the dinners sent back and that she was giving us an additional discount of $13. The check was $118. We gave our credit cards and got back a charge receipt for $131; they added the “discount”!! All in all a terrible experience with incompetant wait staff and manager!!

I recently celebrated my birthday at Naupaka Terrace and it was a disappointing experience. Despite notifying the staff of my special occasion, not even a simple "happy birthday" was offered. The food was subpar for the price – my filet mignon was over-seasoned, and the vegetables were undercooked. To top it off, the beer was served warm and arrived long after we had finished our appetizer. Overall, the lack of attention to detail and poor service made for a very underwhelming birthday celebration.

Great service, especially from the Hostess. The food was average, but expensive. We wished they had a little more variety.

We really enjoyed the service. Ambiance was good but still a hotel lobby. Food was good. Typical hotel pricing. A nice quick dinner.
