    As usual fantastic. It was a lovely quiet lunch time, so we could talk and just relax and enjoy. I had the sesame crusted ahi and it was really good. The service here is always fantastic our server was just the sweetest. I have been to NVB many times but this was an extra special visit. I highly recommend this restaurant.

    Our last dinner after two wine tastings so we wanted comfort food. It was so good!! Lemon thyme risotto and short ribs were both outstanding!

    Poor service at bar. Crab Louie tha did not have traditional dressing and very little crab

    Hello Jacqueline - All our sauces and dressings are made fresh in-house. I believe you ordered a small salad, which will have less crab than the large. We are sorry to hear that your experience was not as expected.

    Average food, limited menu. It was extremely noisy. Waiter made it sound like he was doing us a favor my having the bartender make a martini.

    Our family night out was nice! We enjoyed the food, the atmosphere was great and the ambiance was nice! However, the noise level was too high, you really couldn’t hear your significant others voice but we made it work. Thank you for allowing us to attend your establishment for dinner.

    We had a lovely birthday dinner tonight and the food was exceptional as always! Wait staff and management are all so nice and caring. NV Bistro has been a favorite since the day they opened.
