Appetizer and salad were great. 45 minutes after they picked up my salad plate, I still did not have my entree steak. Waitress and the manager both said it was supposed to be this way. Yet, the table next to me and across from me, both were seated after me, completed their meals and departed. No explanation was given for the tardiness. I paid my check for the app and salad. Never had the steak.

I got the Atlantic lobster tail with the sautéed mushrooms, and Melody vegetables was all very good

Our dinner at Mystic Steakhouse was phenomenal! I had filet mignon and au gratin potatoes and my husband had ribeye and baked potato. The food was outstanding and the service was fantastic. We were lucky to have Summer as our server and she made sure everything was perfect. Thank you Summer and Mystic for the best steak dinner!

For what they were charging the food was not as good as expected. We ordered two filets, New York strip and prime rib. The filets were not cooked to what we ordered and the New York strip was very bland. The waiter we had was fantastic. The sides were decent. For the price of the steaks I expected better flavor.

Love having Stefanie as our server. The staff was excellent attentive to our needs, made excellent recommendations based on our thoughts for the evening, and the booths in the back are excellent TY!

The service was excellent and all questions patiently answered. We enjoyed our food, it was well prepared. I must say my sweet potato was huge. I wish I’d had 3 or 4 people to share it with!!
