Absolutely fantastic experience Robert our server was great, very knowledgeable about the menu and he was so helpful and friendly Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone Had the bone in rib eye and au gratin potatoes and cream spinach

Our food and service were excellent. The one complaint we had, after dinner and we paid my husband and I both used the bathroom before driving home to the South Bay of the city. My husband was done before me and went out the front door. The "security guard" outside saw him and nodded to him as he walked outside. He had to wait for me to come out from the bathroom. After not even 2 minutes, the security guard told my husband to "not stand so close to the building "because he was standing nearby waiting for me. He wasn't blocking the entrance or exit and was just waiting on me The guard went on to tell him "my boss is inside watching and you need to move". My husband is Hispanic and I am white. This security guard didn't handle the situation very well. He SAW my husband walk out of the restaurant. We paid good money for food and alcohol to celebrate my birthday and this guy kind of put a damper on things. I realize outside on Hollywood Blvd you guys see and deal with a lot of crazy things. But we were PAYING customers and the rent a cop dude was very rude. Because of this, we will never return to your restaurant because my husband was made to feel unwelcome. He could have instead asked him to wait inside if he was waiting for someone, or to wait further away from the entrance. Instead, he treated my husband like a homeless vagrant on Hollywood Blvd. Even those people are still human and deserve to be treated with some dignity. This is why our society is such a hot mess now. Stop judging people. We both work and make excellent money. We could have gone anywhere for my birthday. Next time we will. You have lost a customer forever because of his elitist attitude.

Have been coming to Musso for literally 55 years. Even though we now live in Westlake Village it is still my favorite restaurant so we make the drive in when we can. Paul and Jose are wonderful, gracious hosts and help to make the evening even more enjoyable. Wish you were open for lunch (as pre-pandemic) because that's one thing I miss. But besides that, high marks all around!

Old school restaurant with great service. Had Sunday special duck confit, was really good. Also had Ribeye caps which was kind of small but very good cut of meat. I would still with their steaks on their menu. Overall I had a great meal and would go back.

Had a totally enjoyable experience at Musso & Franks this Sunday evening. Our reservation was timely. Our table was ready and we were seated immediately. They sat us. Our waiter was very attentive. The food was excellent. The steaks were prepared to correct temperature and everything was served hot. The scallop potatoes were out of sight. It has been a couple of years since we enjoyed moose on Frank and will be back sooner than later.

Always a great time at Musso’s! The staff are all so warm and welcoming. The menu has great variety. The food is consistently delicious. The old school ambience is nostalgic and enjoyable. I love it!

Good food, nice waiters. Brunette white woman bartender was rude about the rule of taking pictures, could’ve been more polite about the situation instead of yelling and making a scene.

One of the best steaks I have eaten in my life. The side dishes were delicious and the deserts were great...especially the creme brulee. The server was very knowledgeable and extremely attentive...overall amazing service!
