    Musso&Frank’s never disappoints. If you want the classiest place for a date, this is it. Never-mind being the only place in this Hemisphere where you can still order original fettuccini Alfredo, this is still one of the oldest LA icons still serving classic dishes. Prepare to be transported into the 1920’s and treated like a star!

    We arrived about 10 to 15 minutes early and we were promptly seated. The waiter came in, greeted us, then brought back waters and took our orders. The orders arrived very quickly. He did not do a basic check back to see how things were till about halfway through the meal. The meal I had, Wednesday night special, was just OK. The meat wasn’t as tender as I thought it should be and was a little gamey. The potato pancakes, we just like fried mash potatoes. Daughter got spaghetti and meatballs, which she did like. my wife got the fish dish which was OK as well. I’ve had better. We did not get dessert. He promptly brought us the check. I paid the check and we were still talking at the table when the manager came up and asked how everything was. We said it was good. He said, no rush, but the next group of people are waiting for your table, but they are at the bar. Take your time. Basically a way of saying, please finish up and get out. I think we were there may be a total of an hour. All in all, I wouldn’t rush to go there again or recommend anybody go there if they’re looking for a special meal. I think it’s just a crowded restaurant that lives off of its name and the time that they’ve been there. The covert rudeness of asking us to leave after payment was unacceptable

    The staff was exceptionally, they made our dinner so enjoyable. And save some room for the cheese cake, it was so lovely.

    Fantastic experience. We finally made it to Musso & Frank and had a wonderful evening. The ambience was immaculate and food was very good! We will definitely be returning.
