   Good evening with friends. Pleasant waitress (Journey). They had a wine special on bottles. Good wine and excellent prices.

   Nice big location, lively on a Saturday night. Could be a little more attention to detail but overall a fun place for dinner in Rapid City.

   ORDER: Meatloaf entre described as bacon-wrapped meatloaf with carmelized onions, mushrooms, and served with mashed potatoes and a side of asparagus. PRESENTATION: Plate was flooded with BBQ sauce. Mashed potatoes in middle of BBQ sauce with meatloaf on top. "carmelized onions" were NOT--it was French's canned fried onions on top. Not a single mushroom on this entre. The "side of asparagus" was three anemic spears draped over meatloaf and covered with more BBQ sauce. COMMENTS: Meatloaf had texture of overcooked hamburger; hard and without flavor. Mashed potatoes tasted like the BBQ sauce drowning them. French's onions are NOT carmelized onions (this place has a kitchen--c'mon. You can make real carmelized onions). Three spears is NOT a side of asparagus. BEVERAGES: Ordered decaf coffee. Waitperson came back and said the restaurant was out of decaf coffee and could not fill order. Odd. DESSERT MENU: Four choices; based on dinner experience, decided to forego dessert. NOISE LEVEL: Consistent with a bar on a Saturday night. Not great dinner ambience. CONCLUSION: If you are looking for a bar with mediocre food offerings to go with your alcohol, this may work for you. If you are looking fora weekend dining experience, pass.

   Great service, the “Good Vibes” sandwich was excellent. Enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere. Good sound level.

   An outstanding choice to watch sports game and have a great meal, although you don’t need to watch the sports there are several tables, indoor and outdoor. Quality food all round . Freshest quality salad and large piece of blackened salmon was outstanding . Menu was well rounded . Staff were on their game and efficient. An all round great spot .

   It was our first time there. We ordered drinks and appetizers. Server asked if we wanted to order more food. We said we would wait until after our appetizers came. She said the kitchen was already backed up and we should order now or it will take even longer. So we ordered and it took 90 minutes to arrive. Not much meat or cheese on my prime dip sandwich and bun was soggy.

   I would have given one star if the food hadn’t been so delicious. But the service left lots to be desired. And first off, I’ll say that it was very busy, So I understand some slack would be fair. However, the service was just not good. I ordered the beer cheese soup and it was lukewarm. Second, when it came time to pay the bill apparently you don’t get a bill. They just tell you what you owe. And that is becoming more the norm, but for those of us who would like to check our bills, it’s a little frustrating. When he told me the amount, he asked me in front of everybody what tip I wanted to leave. I felt on the spot so I told him to bring my change and I’ll figure the tip out later. When he brought the change, it was five dollar short. And as we sat to casually visit after eating, he kept coming back clearing the table and it was a little too much at a time we just wanted to relax and visit. He said the company likes the servers to do a “pre-buss”. Because I like the food at Murphy’s and have generally had a pleasant experience in the past, I will go back. But if it’s anything like Yesterdays experience, I will definitely not be back.

   Our server was super nice. Food was very good! This is a Bar, so, its loud. Aside from that everything was good.

   Took 1.5 hours to get our food. Waitress did comp is a drink and appetizer. They ran out of apples for one of their burgers. Not great.

    Casey our waitress was outstanding! Being a first time patron she guided the menuwith expertise. Food was very good!
