Ce restaurant est le dernier né du légendaire restaurateur Mr Chow, situé au sein du Caesars Palace de Las Vegas. Les chefs exécutifs comptent parmi les plus respectés dans l’univers de la cuisine chinoise. Mr Chow est un mélange de recettes authentiques et originales de Beijing. Les plats de prédilection servis ici comme le poulet satay, les noodles spéciales Mr Chow, ou le ma mignon ont tous été crées par des chefs talentueux, passionnés, et expérimentés. A savoir que le canard de Beijing préparé ici figure parmi les meilleurs au monde. Prior to opening the wine list we asked if they had Justin Isosceles. We order this bottle all the time from various restaurants in town and have never paid over $180 which is high. When we got the bill we were charged $590 for the bottle. We asked to talk to the manager because we assumed there was a mistake. She told us that is what they charge and was quite rude. This was price gouging.

We actually were early customers of Mr. Chow in London in '69 and the early '70s. Have GREAT memories. Went back there a few years ago. Not quite the same, but still pretty darn good. So we thought we would try the one in Las Vegas. We should have turned around and left when we arrived to a 2/3 empty restaurant. Service was close to non-existent. They push the highest priced drinks and wine. The food was OK -- some was quite good, other dishes not so much. The courses came fairly quickly, and there were plenty of people standing around who couldn't be bothered to clear the table. We don't mind the check for $1K for a party of four -- but for that kind of money, it should have been GREAT, as in the old days. It was far from that.

Too notch service! Victor was amazing, so nice and helpful!! The entire staff was great. The food was good. It’s a beautiful restaurant with great ambience.

A wonderful memorable experience. Service was exceptional, food was exceptional and they helped us understand a complicated menu to. Don’t miss this if you were at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas

The tables are so close together that you have to play dodger with the staff! It is ridiculous as to how close everything is! I would’ve rated this a 4.5 out of five if there was more room but because they had everything so tiny and so tight, that’s why I gave it the score that I did! That ruined the experience of the restaurant for me!!

The overall experience is overpriced for what you get. The food is good but nothing exceptional. The cocktails were tasty but not $30 great. The ambiance is ok, but not something you can’t experience at a lower cost restaurant. The service was standard but not exceptional. Everyone was nice and did a great job but for 5 star pricing I’d just expect an above average experience. The art “show” on the ceiling didn’t do anything while we were there. Overall it was just ok but absolutely not worth the pricing.
