Le Mr Chow a récemment été récompensé de 5 étoiles de diamant par l’académie américaine des sciences de l’hospitalité, pour son excellence, son service, ainsi que pour sa cuisine. Ce restaurant est le dernier né du légendaire restaurateur Mr Chow, situé au sein du Caesars Palace de Las Vegas. Les chefs exécutifs comptent parmi les plus respectés dans l’univers de la cuisine chinoise. Mr Chow est un mélange de recettes authentiques et originales de Beijing. Les plats de prédilection servis ici comme le poulet satay, les noodles spéciales Mr Chow, ou le ma mignon ont tous été crées par des chefs talentueux, passionnés, et expérimentés. A savoir que le canard de Beijing préparé ici figure parmi les meilleurs au monde. The food was very good , we ordered 3 different bottles of wine and there was NONE , then a bottle of champagne and it took a long time to bring it , when it arrived it was not cold and we were almost finished our dinner , ao we had our dinner with just water . The waiters all were distracted and the restaurant was empty only 5 tables . Very disappointed, we have been very loyalty clients for the restaurant , specially the one in Beverly Hills

I thought it would be a delicious meal, since they are a high end restaurant. We were very disappointed, the food was very bland.

Our first time at Mr. Chow and it did not disappoint. We came here for my husband's birthday and had a great experience! The ambience was lovely, the reception at the front was welcoming and friendly, the servers were knowledgeable and friendly and the food was Amazing!!! Will definitely be back!😍

The attitude of the captain, and the maitre'd were horrible, as if they were doing us a favor. The irony is that they did not look you in the eye, totally contrary to Mr. Chow's mandate as he expressed in the documentary that he wanted the hostesses and people that he employed to look the customer in the eye and smile. There were no smiles just attitude that frankly made me want to leave before we ordered. The entire staff frankly was offputting, the uniforms, their expressions, it was really not a pleasant experience. They also did not give us the desert that came with prix fix menu. I remember such good experiences at the Beverly Hills restaurant back in the eighties and nineties, I would never go back to the Vegas restaurant again. I left a generous tip as I always do but I was extremely disappointed.

We ate here with 5 people, ordering a variety of vegetable main courses. The food was the equivalent of a cheap Chinese buffet. The sea bass was fishy, and the crab claws were inedible. The server was inattentive and talking with his coworkers. The busboys were great, though. The dinner was very expensive, considering the poor quality of the food. I would definitely skip this restaurant.

I don’t usually write many reviews but we were told to go to Mr Chows by a good friend who highly recommended it, the service was excellent and the ambiance was ok not a very busy night but it was Friday in Vegas so I would have expected more diners, the food was just ok I have seriously had better Chinese food at my local joint in LA and it was pricey about $120 a piece, i’m not shy about paying good money for good food but it wasn’t great… also the “light show” which apparently is a big part of the dinner experience wasn’t working either… Sorry Mr Chow..

Food quality was below expectations. Prices were extremely high for the portions and quality. Due to poor taste, we did not even eat half of any of the food ordered (appetizer, entrees, side). Service from the staff was excellent, professional team members in the dining room.

We booked Mr. Chow because we heard the food was good. But what we really wanted to see was the art installation on the ceiling. Mr. Chow is known for the art installation. THE ART INSTALLATION WAS BROKEN! When we made the reservations, we were not told that the art installation was broken. It’s been broken for some time Very disappointed as the restaurant is white and quite stark Check with them before you go !
