Occupant le bâtiment historique Congaree Vista avec une terrasse chauffée et un service de voiturier gratuit, le Motor Supply sert une cuisine progressive du nouveau monde en utilisant des techniques culinaires françaises classiques depuis plus de 20 ans. Sous la conduite du chef exécutif Wesley Fulmer, les menus écrits à la main du brunch, dîner et souper changent tous les jours et présentent une cuisine contemporaine américaine nouvelle, avec des clins d'œil à la cuisine créole, cajun, française, asiatique et du sud. Le Motor Supply travaille en collaboration avec des fermes locales et durables pour ses ingrédients, viandes, produits laitiers et autre. Les fruits de mer sont pêchés sur la côte de la Caroline du Sud, tandis que la charcuterie, les desserts, les bouillons, les sauces et les vinaigrettes sont tous faits maison.     It was a complete wasn't of our evening. The food was HORRIBLE. We looked at the menu the 3hrs before dinner reservations started the day of our reservation and have to apply a credit card to make reservations. When we showed up the menu was completely different from just 3hrs before! The food was horrible but to start the server was rude and not accommodating. She didn't put our order in and when the manager tried to have chefs make the Mussels we wanted from the menu 3hrs earlier they did horrible with the request. The sword fish was old and tasted like chlorine and was fishy meaning it wasn't fresh. It took 2hrs from start to finish. We ordered swordfish and new york strip and 2 appetizers, bone marrow and mussels, and it was horrible especially for the price. The Ney york strip was extremely fatty. Don't waste your time here.

    We're very sorry you didn't enjoy your evening as we expressed to you last night. The manager took over your table personally and accommodated your numerous requests and changes to the menu. Our menu changes daily and is updated online 1 hour prior to service. The menu you viewed 3 hours earlier clearly said Sunday June 23rd. Even after explaining that we prepared the mussels the way they appeared on the menu Sunday for you. There fish was not old the NY strip is an excellent cut. We sold dozens of them to other tables to rave reviews. To accommodate your unwavering unhappiness we comped your ENTIRE bill. We pride ourselves on guest satisfaction and value feedback. But for you to describe our food as "horrible" and service "rude and un-accommodating" is highly inaccurate. -Owner

    Overall things were good. It took over an hour to get our food…both our server and a manager acknowledged and apologized but never offered us anything for the wait and inconvenience. 2 members of our group had overly salty food.

    My wife dined here for Father's Day and had an exceptional experience. Our service was friendly and great with advice. Very attentive to her tables as well. Our heirloom tomato salad was outstanding, as were my shrimp & grits and my wife's tile fish entrees. Would definitely return the next time in Columbia.
