This philosophy compelled us in 2015 to create our own organic garden that’s grown on site, and available from June to October. Additionally, to ensure freshness our premium quality meats and seafood are selected daily.
Our promise to provide the best and freshest ingredients means serving Non-GMO, non-processed foods, hormone-free / antibiotic-free chicken, grass fed meat, free-range eggs, fresh wild caught seafood, organic produce, all-natural pork, and fresh natural homemade and degreased stocks.

Tonight was the special flounder. Putanesca on Risotto w roasted red peppers, peas and olives in a lite white wine garlic sauce. Roasted pork loin pounded thin, w panko with a layer of prociutto, eggplant, spinach, Marsala sauce. W truffle French fries…. To start was clams in a garlic saffron sauce. OMG!! The end of vacation week. Now back to veggies and protein…

Red Bank is always a nice night out. Restaurant was very nice inside and we were greeted and seated right on time. Noise level was high, but expected in a narrow area as it was. It’s a BYOB and always a welcomed plus. Our waitress was great and had a fantastic smile and “air” about her. Service was good and food was “OK”. I would sum it up as a good restaurant to try but there are definitely better places in the area

The food was excellent, and more creative than the menu demonstrates. Unfortunately it took over an hour for the food come out leaving us about 10 minutes to eat. I think we saw our waiter twice, however it’s BYOB and when someone did come by they were very attentive. Seemed like they were just slammed and we were in the middle of prime time. The food was so good, I will have to go back at a quieter time to enjoy.

Food was very good but took a very long time to come to us. When it came my food wasn't hot just slightly warm. Ambiance is too dark. You can't see the menu or your food without using phone flashlight. It's also pretty loud so hard to hear waitress give specials. I feel waitress should come back more to see if more water is needed or anything. I had to leave my seat to get any waitress to bring us salt. Best to just put on table.

Food and service were great. The table was a little small and at times we felt crowded by the partition set up. The food was delicious and just enough. The service was exceptional We will be back.

Food was excellent. Place is small but nicely decorated. Server was pleasant and checked on us frequently. Busy overall so reservations are suggested.

Food is very good everything we ordered was wonderful. The service and the manager the night we went...below average. So for the prices they are charging I'd expect a higher level of service. Also it's BYOB.
