This philosophy compelled us in 2015 to create our own organic garden that’s grown on site, and available from June to October. Additionally, to ensure freshness our premium quality meats and seafood are selected daily.
Our promise to provide the best and freshest ingredients means serving Non-GMO, non-processed foods, hormone-free / antibiotic-free chicken, grass fed meat, free-range eggs, fresh wild caught seafood, organic produce, all-natural pork, and fresh natural homemade and degreased stocks.

Food was good and restaurant is attractive. Hostess was polite. Service was not good. We were going to order coffee and dessert but server was gone for so long we just gave up. Restaurant requires a credit card deposit ($25 per person) with reservation — I don’t like that. Restaurant website lists a snooty dress code that even the staff don’t comply with. Probably won’t go back — there are better choices in Red Bank.

This was our first time dining here, and it was our wedding anniversary. We were the only ones there for our 5:15 reservation and had to wait to be seated, then were placed in a very awkward seat, with every other table in the place open. Our server must have been new, or new to serving in general, because it was one of the worst services we’ve ever had. He seemed like a nice guy, but have NO IDEA what he was doing, and made it pretty obvious by not knowing the menu, forgetting to bring things and awkwardly standing at our table for an uncomfortable amount of time. Let’s chat about the bathroom. Is it possible that this was formally a preschool? Because at 5’5 the sink and mirror came up to my knees. Very strange. All this being said, my food was very good…but not good enough for us to come back.

Exceptionally fresh and delicious food. All four of our party were in absolute love with the food. We will come back very soon!

We were a party of 6 and the food and service was impeccable. We all ordered the Tuesday prix fixe and it was so great! Prices for prix fixe were $5 more than stated on the website, which is a bummer but still a great deal. Note: prix fixe is cash only.

Great spot and deserving of all 5 stars. Rachel was attentive and made sure we out in time to see the show at the Count Basie Theater. We look forward to our next dining experience at Monticello!

This was a dinner before a concert. We got a quiet table, service was really great, food was very good, super fresh and creative We didn’t feel rushed through courses, which I hate. It was our first visit and we plan to return.
