First time here and was pleasantly surprised. I think I was expecting an old school Pittsburgh restaurant experience, but it was a beautiful space and the service and food were wonderful. The manager came over twice to check on us, and everyone wished my dining partner "Happy Birthday," and we got a complementary dessert. The food was simple, but everything was delicious and fresh and we loved the cocktails too. Will definitely go back.

Where to start? The views speak for themselves! The atmosphere is elegant with out being snobby. Our sever Sydnee K was phenomenal. She knew the menu throughly and gave great suggestions. We enjoyed the lobster arenceni balls for an appetizer. For main courses we enjoyed the king salmon and Chilean sea bass. We were graciously given dessert for our anniversary *which we mentioned at the time of our reservation* of a "dessert grilled cheese" ALL of the food was delicious and the presentation was on point! The manager even made a point to stop by each table to check in. The prices are worth the food and the view and the service! Also, we were grateful for the yummy mocktail choices. Go, treat yourself!

We celebrated our Wedding Anniversary at Monterey Bay on Mt. Washington, and our server Mathew was the best. We had the Crab cakes with shrimp and scallops and Angle food grilled cheese sandwich for dessert. The food and service were fabulous. The manager also helped us pick out a bottle of wine to go with our meal. The only negative was the view, I asked for a window seat, but none were available, and we were seated with a limited view which was disappointing. Other than that, I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent food, service, and ambience. A bit pricey, but a fine restaurant on Mount Washington isn’t meant for the frugal! Our server, Maurice, was knowledgeable about the menu and wine and provided excellent service. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, for which we received a complimentary dessert, which was both unexpected and delicious. A wonderful dining experience!
