Mon Ami Gabi est un bistro français classique et un steakhouse. Au-delà des plats favoris qui sont toujours disponibles, le menu évolutif propose constamment des nouveautés. Au menu, des classiques traditionnels tels que la soupe à l'oignon gratinée, le poulet rôti style grand-mère avec des champignons, du bacon et des petits oignons, ainsi que le steak-frites. Pour complémenter la cuisine, une vaste sélection de plus de 80 cépages boutique français sont servis au verre ou à la bouteille depuis le très original charriot à vin mobile. Venez pour le brunch du dimanche entre 10h et 14h! Truly such a special evening! The service at Mon Ami Gabi is unparalleled. It was our wedding anniversary and they made us feel so special and celebrated. We celebrate our wedding and dating anniversary with them every year as a tradition because they always make us feel so special! We are so grateful!!

I enjoyed great service at the bar from Willis before being seated for dinner. Our food was delicious. We had steak frites, chicken Caesar salad, and the wonder clafoutis special dessert. Great service in the dining room as well!

I visited Mon Ami Gabi for my birthday dinner (one of many had there before), and as always, they provided a delicious meal, excellent service, ideal ambiance, and a great time for me and my friends - many of whom were visiting for the first time! We all agreed we would be back again soon!

I had the truffle scrambled eggs for brunch and it was delicious! I'd definitely order the dish again! My peach cocktail was refreshing too! One of these days I have to get back there for dinner and order the Duck L'Orange!

Birthday brunch for 2 long time friends. Seated on the patio. Food was delicious. Service was wonderful. No one rushed us so we were able to enjoy our meal and then visit together without feeling like we needed to jump right up.

They were at New Balance Store and they stop for dinner again. They experienced the same menu the night before. The table was set for four, and we were the only two for the table. We had space to spread out. Our view was looking eastward to Lincoln Park. The table started was Escargots de Bourgogne wild oven-roasted snails, garlic-herb butter and 1/2 of a toasted baguette.. Rochelle selected Caesar* grana padano, chili oil, and croutons with a protein choice of salmon cooked medium. Their Famous Roast Chicken a la Grand-Mère was Leonard’s selection. This was a crispy free range half chicken, no thick-cut bacon, sautéed mushrooms, pommes purée, and chicken au jus. The waiter as the question. Would you like a dessert menu? They can’t have a true no dessert without looking first. Leonard indicated he can not say no without first reading a dessert menu. They looked at the dessert menu for a dessert. This is a normal activity. Leonard selected two profiteroles for himself. The dessert came on two plates. One for Rochelle(she never ordered dessert), and one for Leonard. Please keep in mind that Leonard ordered two profiteroles, not one. After dining they walked on Lincoln Park West, and we drove home. Shalom

Food and service were amazing! Best steak and Frites anywhere. The shrimp cocktail were huge and delicious, mussels were a big hit. Will be back very soon!!
