    We frequently go to Moerlein Lager House before Bengals games. Normally the food is good and service is good. This last visit that was not the case. Service was very slow, our server didn’t bring out items we asked for, like salt. Had to stop someone else to get salt. Server was also slow checking on or getting more drinks. Overall it was quite the let down this time around. Will hope for better next time or will have to go elsewhere.

    Just decidedly average. The German dishes were good. The fish and chips and chicken were both undercooked.

    Hey guys.. overcharged on happy hr apps and drinks.. squash Wellington was not seasoned.. just big hunk of squash.. mushroom duxelle not seasoned.. no butter brushed dough. Brussels sprouts were great. But, $19 for Brussels sprouts not a great value. Food not as good as last time, but staff is amazing! Great service!

    Service was very poor I didn’t get one refill the whole time. My wife sent back her first order and had to change to a burger bc her first meal tasted so bad. The meat does not taste right here. Very underwhelming.

    We had a large table for a birthday dinner. They were extremely accommodating and were even able to modify the reservation for a last minute rsvp, day of! Kept up with our table really well and the drinks were great!

    I had a great experience at Moerlein. Their service was amazing and their menu is very diverse as well as inclusive for those with certain food allergies.

    Sitting down stairs was so loud. It felt like you was screaming at the person sitting beside you . Food was okay. Was not worth money we spent. Drinks all came out one at time not together. We had to ask for refill and to order.
