Really nice restaurant. Food was wonderful. The only hitch: I ordered a salad. It came with raw onions throughout…and I’m allergic to them. Onions were not in the description on the menu. The waiter was a bit perturbed with me when I had to send it back. (I would have ordered “no onions” had the menu description been right.) New salad came without any tomatoes because “the onions are mixed in with the chopped tomatoes.” So in a place this nice, the chef(s) can’t cut a tomato to serve without onions? We’d go here again but we didn’t appreciate aloofness.

I went three times . Two dinners and one day for the breakfast buffet, The first time our waiter Elias was very nice and helpful. The bruschetta's are delicious. The pasta and chicken was delicious. All the ingredients are fresh. The second time our waitress was Julie she is excellent ! We decided to order a variety of plates . The chicken parmesan wings, the sweet chili chicken, the coconut calamari with mango sauce for dip, the salad. My husband order the chicken breast with portobello mushroom. Delicious and is for men , a lot of food there, Maria is the manager and she is awesome too. 10 stars !!!

The menu at Milestones has a vast menu including an entire plant based section and lots of gluten free options which is wonderful for people like me who have food allergies or are vegan and/or vegetarian. The restaurant in Niagara Falls is lovely, situated in the Marriott by the Falls which is a quiet part of the restaurant/hotel strip right at the end of Fallsview Blvd. We were there for the Keith Urban concert at OLG Stage which was a few minutes walk from Milestones. I definitely recommend having dinner there.

Food was very good. Waitress was very nice. Service really slow. Place was empty and tables were not cleaned off. Family asked for a different booth as the place was wide open and they were seated right next to us. Were told other tables were dirty?

I was greeted by a lovely hostess and was almost immediately taken to a nice table with a fallsview by a very nice waiter named Mitchell. All went well until my dinner arrived. The rice was crispy, the edamame was dried out, and the purple cabbage was brown. I couldn’t believe my eyes! This plate was $25. I called the waiter over. I think he was genuinely embarrassed, and was completely understanding, when I returned the dish and refused a replacement. I dined elsewhere. I’ve had excellent experiences in other milestones. I don’t know how the kitchen can something like that out in good conscience. I know they can do much better.

We were in Niagara Falls for our 25th anniversary. We arrived at Milestones and got seated and waited about 10 minutes for our server he brought us water and came back in ten minutes for our drink order eventually we got our drinks and then we ordered our dinner. It seemed to take a long time for the plates to come. I ordered another drink and did not receive it till we were finished our dinner. I declined to take the drink as the time we waited was unacceptable. The restaurant was not busy at the time we were there. And we will most likely choose another restaurant next time we’re at the falls.

Unfortunately our experience was overshadowed by our server with an attitude. He seemed annoyed with us right from the start. He asked if we were ready to order when we had just sat down. So we said we’ll just take waters for now while I figure out what I’m ordering. Then when my son spilled his water/broke his glass that seemed too much for him. He basically stomped over, rolling his eyes and did not say a word to us - not a simple ‘no worries’ or ‘careful with the glass buddy’ or ‘I’ll clean that up and get you another one’. You know…basic human decency. We ordered our 2 kids meals and one main. When another server brought it I remembered we didn’t order their drinks (included with their meal) so he went and told our server (who was serving the table right by us) and, with an attitude, he said ‘they didn’t want drinks’…umm nooo we weren’t ready. So he stomps over with attitude again and asks what we want. I suggested milk and I asked him what the options were (many places only do white so I was caught off guard). He laughs at me like I’m an idiot. Also, it was my daughter’s 11th bday. The hostess knew as I put in on the reservation and she wished her immediately. He didn’t even acknowledge it. I wouldn’t care if it was an adult and frankly if he didn’t already have an attitude but he could’ve redeemed himself and our experience with that simple gesture. Any way…we’ll likely return but ensure we don’t get him again. The food was as expected from a chain restaurant so tasty enough and kids meal portions were decent from a decent selection. Plus the view of the falls helped so we didn’t let it ruin our evening.
