Fondé le 27 avril 1987, le célèbre restaurant Michael's On East propulse la fine cuisine à un autre niveau, proposant une gastronomie primée et un service impeccable, dans une ambiance exceptionnelle rappelant un restaurant club des années 1940. Le Michael's on East a été l'un des dix restaurants à travers tous les États-Unis à être intronisé au Nation's Restaurant News Fine Dining Hall of Fame en 2009, considéré comme les Oscar de l'industrie de la restauration, et a récemment reçu pour la 25e année consécutive le prix Quatre Diamants par l'AAA. Always happy here at Michaels. Service (Eduardo) great, all meals were great. Nice ambience (at bar and in atrium).

This place never disappoints Ate outside. Server was Freddy. Top notch service and ambience. This is old school white table service just the way we like it. Everything made in house and they are very willing to sccomodate dietary concerns. Nice piano bar.

Fabulous meal for celebrating a birthday or special occasion. Exceptional service (Kathy was amazing) & training by staff. The Chilean sea bass was the best I ever had!

Eating at Michael’s is a special treat when visiting Sarasota. This time we chose three dishes: the charcuterie board, sea bass, and chopped salad. The charcuterie board was outstanding, and the sea bass with risotto was excellent. To my taste, the chopped salad was not as good. It was overdressed with a somewhat sweet dressing, reminiscent of Russian dressing.

This was our first time dining at Michael’s on East and we couldn’t have been happier! Our server Kathy was extremely helpful and friendly recommending our cocktails to our dessert! Everything was delicious and we will be making this our go to restaurant for all our special occasions!!!
