My friend and I were there 1 hour (yes 60 minutes) and the server was rushing us to pay and to leave. I understand he wants to turn the table but geez - it was a bit much. Had to request water, lemons and a spoon multiple times with 2-3 people and either finally got them or never got anything. Will be back and hopefully in a different section.

Food was great as usual, but the service was unusually non- existent during our visit. We had a group of seven, we were never checked on, drinks were never refilled and we had to even leave the table and go find someone to bring tortillas for our fajitas. Was not the dining experience we expected, and was very disappointing!

Bartender Jose was friendly and professional- engaged with all the customers and smiled the whole time. The young guy that did our table side guacamole was also very friendly and personable- (and the guacamole was to die for!) Our food was outstanding as always- make sure you save some room for dessert!!!

We were a group of 7 and our server was terrific as was the food. Everyone enjoyed it very much.

I guess they had an off night. I had reservations because it was my wife’s birthday and did not want to take a chance. We walk in and 3 other tables were there. Greeted, seated, wife ordered a drink that usually smokes due to dry ice delivered , no smoke. She got Juanitas plate , I got the bacon wrapped shrimp fajitas. When the food came out the guy walked to wrong table. I hate when my food goes to the wrong table. When delivered no sizzle on fajitas, and just warm. I am not a send food back guy. Have heard stories from kitchen help. They did bring a birthday desert nice treat. The female server was friendly she got 20% tip. But overall the food and drink that night was really spare. We have been here many times. That had never happen before. Hopefully this is not the norm now!

service staff was overwhelmed. Drinks took a long time as did refills. They were very courteous and trying their best.
