Melt is a lovely restaurant and the staff was extremely accommodating. My husband requested that the volume of the music be lowered and the manager did so immediately and checked later to see if it was OK. Food was delicious, including dessert.

Was here last week. Loved it so much that I brought my sister here for her birthday. Again, food was amazing as well as the service! And beautiful surroundings. Excellent!

Our anniversary dinner was incredible. Morgan suggested a wonderful wine that went well with both of our entrees. My husband enjoyed his steak and my lamb was tasty.

Disappointed….Very nice ambiance. Once seated, service was slow to get water and a drink order. Bread is very good, calamari for appetizer was also good. My husband had the carbonara and said it was ok, not as good as other restaurants he has eaten in. I ordered the scallops over orzo with spinach. The orzo was very good, but the scallops were so overly salted, unfortunately didn’t enjoy the dish.

One out of three meals was great. The scallops were excellent, the two pasta dishes served to my guests were mediocre at best. Will not likely return with so many awesome restaurants available in the Lehigh Valley.

outstanding service from Danielle Our table wasn't ready at 630 so they sat at us at a high top at the bar and bought us a drink. It was our wedding anniversary and after dinner they sent a beautiful desert to our table Staff couldn't have been any friendlier

The food was a great as the service. Our waiter Alec was very helpful with suggestions and super efficient. The restaurant is beautiful and we had a fantastic dinner.

We visited Melt on a Sunday evening and found it to be moderately busy. The service was outstanding - waiter very polite, helpful, friendly. My husband and I both ordered salads which were quite large and very fresh, but nothing particularly extraordinary. Our entrees - salmon for my husband and scallops for me - were very fresh, interesting combination of flavors, and very tasty, but extremely salty. We both noted on our way home that we were quite thirsty from all of the salt. I would recommend requesting that the chef use less salt if we were to visit again. Melt is a lovely special occasion restaurant that we'd love to visit more often except for the saltiness of our dishes, which we would expect to be indicative of the other dishes on the menu.

We had a nice dinner at Melt as we usually do. Branden, our server, was a very nice man that stayed on top of our needs. We had a relaxing night, and the food was exceptional.
