Great experience overall. Chef is amazing, and the wine sommelier is very knowledgeable and eloquent! We had the 10-course dinner, which made us very full. My only note would be to replace the chicken course with something more exotic. Chicken is just too common and routine, and it’s too filling for a 10-course menu. Even the lamb should probably be replaced with Wagyu or something. Smaller portions but more exotic ingredients would befit the experience more imho. Some of the seafood dishes are world class fine dining. Overall, an amazing dining experience!

My only complaint is upgrading to the a5 waygu, removes the lamb, wish that had been made clear or offered the lamb as well Otherwise, the best meal I have ever had

Amazing experience at Melisse! The service was impeccable, the food--amazing. Watching the culinary team at work and create such artistic and delicious courses will be unforgettable. Definitely start with the welcome Champagne and do the wine pairings; they were outstanding!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience we had the other night and would definitely recommend this restaurant to our friends and associates. We have every intention of returning again.

Mélisse has always maintained their standard of excellence throughout the years, and this time did not disappoint; Chef Josiah’s dishes were inspired, creative and delightful. Wine pairings were spot on, maybe not as surprising as others I’ve had there in the past but this could be a personal preference due to my own wine background and certainly nothing to affect the overall experience. Sure, the price tag is hefty, but have you ever seen a gem that comes cheap?
