A charming Chateau resturant, we dined indoors due to excessive heat. It overlooks a private marina with beautiful homes on the water. The salmon & short rib were delicious.

I hadn't been to Melange in quite a while, and this overall experience was not great. At 6:30 PM there was only one other table seated in the entire place and that was outside on the patio. We also sat outside but once the wind came up we moved inside. We had to ask for roll-ups and bread. The beet salad and wedge salad were fairly expensive for the portions and not great. My scallops were not good, and my husband's steak was over-seasoned. We brought our own bottle of wine and poured it ourselves throughout the meal. The one server was also the bartender and she was pleasant but I wouldn't say the service was attentive. The bill was $200 for not a great meal, two drinks, and corkage. The setting outside is great, but I doubt we'll be back unless they do better on food and service. Seeing how there were only 4 tables total during the entire time we were there on a Friday evening, they need to change things up.

We dined outside in the evening by choice and it was a little hot and breezy as you’d expect but the food was superb and the service and atmosphere on the patio then back inside was perfect.

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and the ambience was very nice. Unfortunately, the plate I ordered was not good. I ordered a Mezze platter, and everything on the plate was prepared with so much vinegar, and that was the only thing you could taste.. The hummus tasted terrible, and the baba ghanoush was not edible nor was the Taziki. The pickled cucumber salad was just all vinegar and not edible. The only edible thing really was the pita bread. The service was wonderful. The people very very nice and accommodating, but it was still an expensive brunch considering I only ate about 10% of it.

Had a wonderful breakfast experience at Melange. Good menu choices. I had an excellent Bloody Mary and veggie frittata. My friend had the veggie omelet. Our server Robert was attentive and knew the menu well. Definitely recommend.

One of the best dining experiences my wife and I have had in the desert. Mario took good care of us and Chef made this a truly memorable meal.
