Situé à Williamsburg, le Meadowsweet, étoilé au Guide Michelin, ouvre ses portes en 2014 grâce au travail d'un mari et de sa femme, Polo Dobking et Stephanie Lempert. Au Meadowsweet, le chef Dobkin vous fera découvrir un menu américain moderne et bien pensé, dans un cadre clair et spacieux. Lempert et son partenaire Jeremy Adona s'occupent de la carte des vins et du programme de cocktails saisonniers, préparés avec des herbes du jardin luxuriant de la mezzanine intérieure du restaurant.

Very, very good food. My problem was that three people at a table had to lean into the center to be heard. No possibility of an ordinary conversation. I woke up hoarse this morning for trying to compete with the din. All three of us agreed that the noise level was far too high. This would be a NO REPEAT dinner spot for me.

This place was so good! Best meal we’ve had in a long time. We got the broccolini & truffle to start, and the duck and steak for our meals. Everything we ate was super impressive. Kind and attentive service from our server Gabriella. Sad we discovered this at the end of our trip because we would definitely come back again.

It was okay, not actually good, but I can't say it wasn't good. Some dishes were a bit too salty, but that did not add to or take away from the fact that the menu and dishes were uninspired and tired.

A most delicious meal and experience!! Highlights were: the Chablis, duck, buratta with peaches, and the salmon!! Don't skip the bread, they are warm and perfect!

Wonderful meal. Restaurant week menu was fantastic lots of options for vegetarians as well !

We went with a couple we wanted to catch up with. The experience was lovely. It was quiet enough we could hear, but energetic enough that we didn't feel like we were the only ones there. Room was pretty full, but good design! I had the burrata with stone fruit (nicely balanced) and the duck (meaty and rich.) They were both really good. Blueberry crumble for desert. Would go back in a flash.
