The restaurant was decorated beautifully for Christmas and created a nice environment. Service was good. Food was good not great. The redfish was really good but the dirty rice lacked flavor. Shrimp and grits were good.

Not as goos as our last visit. One thing is that the bar service was terribly slow even with bar runners. It was as if the runners are there to help the server but the server seemed to not be engaged in the bar service as part of the total experience as if it was "someone else's job" and he didn't take ownership of it. This was evdient with both first and second round.

The food and drinks were delicious, and the service was great. It’s a good place to take someone or people you don’t want to interact with because it is very noisy and very dimly lit. Unfortunately for us, both times we have dined here were family events and our party left feeling a bit worn out from struggling to converse with each other. It is in a lovely historical space, but again I left wishing they would hire an acoustician to improve the experience. Seafood fondue and oysters were wonderful, though, and none of the food disappointed.

Had the crab cakes and coconut shrimp as appetizers. Both fantastic. The wedge was also excellent and large portion. Enjoyed the seafood stuffed flounder. Could benefit from a Whiskey & Spirit list and an upgraded cocktail menu.

We made reservations for McAdoo’s for our day before Thanksgiving dinner, because work will be calling on the holiday. Stacey was our waiter, and she was so sweet and on top of everything. The food was amazing. Ambiance was perfect. It was such a great time.

We eat here every time we come to New Braunfels. Food is always consistent. Good selection of seafood. Disappointed that they quit serving fried onion rings.

Started at the bar where service was quick and drinks were perfect. Chef’s special was Sea Bass over linguine alla puttanesca. Fabulous pairing with a nice red wine. Service was excellent and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
