We've eaten there several times, but this time around, serious problems. We ordered five main courses, and each one arrived about 10 to 15 minutes after the next. So, we all ate at different times with the last dish arriving well after the first was eaten. Not good. Moreover, my wife's "hot" chocolate was barely warn. We have had this problem before and usually sent it back. but this time around, we just accepted it. The manager was apologetic and gave us a 40% discount, but this did not make up for it. I should add that this was a birthday party for my eight-year old grand daughter. Max can do better.

Very cool menu with lots of elaborate desserts and drinks. Very nice restaurant, highly recommend!

took my young daughter for lunch and a desert-the place did not disappoint . great food with great service. different vibe. very recommended !

My favorite place to eat ! Max Brenner never dissapointments! Food 10/10 ! This time i had the alfredo pasta with Salmon & it was great ! The chicken wings in saracha buffalo Was amazingly hot if you like spicy (highly recommend) ! Only thing - the menu changes always trip me up because once i start liking an item , it may or may not be there when i come back

The mac and cheese is good, as are the waffle fries. Hard to mess up these. Generally OK, particularly for kids. But it is clear they are having a hard time keeping up quality.

Grandma's Pizza, Cheeseburger, Chocolate Chunk Pizza, Oreo Crepe they were all excellent!! (I Aam a chocolate lover for your reference) Shop is nice Staff is friendly Only feedback for improvement is to have better kitchen fan extractors since the constant fumes in the eating area start to bother a lot after 20 mins...

The first hostess sat us at a small table. We were a party of 5 and sat us at a 4 person table but one of the tables was wobbly. One of my friends asked for a bigger table, but the hostess said we didn't really have any. I looked around and agreed so we had to make due. I eventually got annoyed with the table rocking back and forth after the water came because I was worried about it spilling. When I was moving the waters off the bad table, the table rocked again so I jolted and I accidentally spilled one glass of water. My friend already got wet from the water but she was helping clean it up. The busser wiped the water into her direction so she got more wet. So we asked again can we just move to the booth tables on the upper level. They finally said yes, and when we sat down my seat was broken. When I lean forward I fell luckily I didn't fall on my butt I caught myself because the table was pushed against my stomach. The seat completely came off from the bench. At this point I was mad and stood up and said to the waiters and the same busser from before that the bench is broken, I just fell. The busser actually chuckled at me, so I wanted to leave since everyone was staring. But what gets me is the fact that the staff found it funny. The manager talked to me but I didn't want to get into an argument I just said I'm leaving. He was very soft-spoken and didn't seem genuine in his apology. I was embarrassed and put on the spot and he seemed to didn't make the situation any better. Pity, this restaurant was recommended to me from a friend I'm not from the area.
