Realizing a lifelong dream, Curtis opened his first solo restaurant, Maude, in February 2014. We are so proud to be celebrating 10 years of tasting menus with Beverly Hills!

Affectionately named after his late paternal grandmother, the restaurant pays homage to Maude, Curtis’ first culinary mentor whose sensibilities are resonant throughout the restaurant experience.

The menu is a set, nine-plus-course chef’s tasting menu that focuses on California local and sustainable cuisine. Maude’s “menu-less” format and intimate 21-seat dining room with open-kitchen chef’s counter invites guests to put their trust into the hands of the chef, and allows for a strikingly detailed, personal, and attentive experience.

Le restaurant intimiste de Curtis Stone à Beverly Hills propose des menus dégustation sans cesse renouvelés. Dans la salle de 24 places, les convives peuvent découvrir des menus du sud de la Californie inspirés de produits locaux (comme la chayotte au caviar de kaluga, au beurre brun et à la salsa verde). Ces plats exquis atteignent leur apogée grâce au loft situé à l'étage, où sont entreposées plus de 3 000 bouteilles de vin millésimé.

A one of a kind dining experience. Felt very special and the menu is extraordinary. We’re going to miss Maude, but look forward the the Pie Shop returning! The team at Maude is lightning in a bottle and we hope Stone keeps them all on in new capacities.

I came here with my cousin in April 2024 to celebrate my birthday. We loved the experience so much that we decided to come back to celebrate her birthday in September. Somehow, the experience the second time around didn’t seem as impressive. The food was good and the ambiance beautiful, but we noticed that compared to our initial visit, there was one less course and one less dessert. The first time, we also were given small cookies to take home to enjoy at a later time. It was still a nice experience overall but just felt lacking compared to our first time.

We like trying out different tasting menus with Michelin ratings at the different states and this is our favorite . My husband does not usually finish the food after the 4th course but he ate it all. All the 9 ++ courses We really loved the flavors of everything. Well balanced great UMAMI flavor!!

The food was spectacular. The "tamale" was my absolute favorite. What incredible flavor, wow. The dishes were so beautifully plated it felt a shame to eat them! The service was fantastic and friendly. The atmosphere was just right, not at all stuffy. We felt relaxed and at ease the whole time. The noise level was perfect. The dessert room was cold, but was not a problem with the blanket. Everything was superb.

It was incredible and wish we could dine there again. I have never had so many food-gasms in one dining experience.

The dining experience at Maude was fantastic. Excellent cuisine, perfectly portioned. Really excellent vibe inside, especially the wine/dessert room, and the staff were incredibly interactive and friendly throughout. Would recommend to anyone.
