Me My waitress Kailey offered me a great selection adding a piece of blacken salmon to the Miller Salad It was delicious

Great place to eat when attending events at the Center of Preforming Arts. Service staff is friendly and efficient.

Daniel was our waiter and he has a great personality! The food was good, although two people got the fish and chips and the fish was a bit overdone, but still good.

Greeted at the door immediately, accommodating our reservation and putting us somewhere where my party of five could fit was a nice start. Server was attentive at first, but was harder and harder to find as the night went on. Repeated requests for items we had ordered but not received, constant and consistent disappearance of our server and a general lack of care to our needs led us to skip dessert. Food and pricing were spot on for the quality that I expected, but the service was subpar for an establishment of this level.

Horrible experience - after a long wait for service, 20 more minutes after we ordered our drinks server came by to take food order - drinks were NOT ready yet, and water had not been delivered. We had 1 hour and 45 minutes before a show (and we told them of our timing when we sat down) so we ordered our food. 25 minutes later the water came…..20 minutes later we asked about our food….our ticket was 2nd one now to be prepared - we cancelled our order as we only had 20 minutes to get to the show. They gladly charged us for all our drinks (I get it, they aren’t obligated to comp anything), but offered nothing other than - give me your credit card now and I’ll be able to close you out quickly. It wasn’t totally the servers fault, but it was total chaos - people running all around with no clue of what they’re doing (like checking on water, giving you a clue that your food was being prepared, etc). They deal with this volume almost every weekend, hard to believe they’re this busy with this unacceptable customer service.

An absolute train wreck from arriving for the reservation at 6:00 and leaving with an empty belly at 7:50. The waiter had too many tables and the restaurant manager (GM visiting from Ohio) had too many complaints to manage throughout the entire restaurant. Instead of acknowledging overall management failure, the GM explained it was not her restaurant (ie: fault) and waiter blamed the disastrous service on the overwhelmed bar staff, the slow kitchen staff, and then the chef. Bottom line- out of 6 meals, 1 was never delivered, 1 was cold, 1 came without sides (after waiting for 90 minutes). The GM comped all the meals… but neither me nor my husband I had a meal at all. So… did I get compensated?

The restaurant temperature was too hot for everyone in our party, and there was a light above our table that kept turning on and off which was very annoying. It was like there was a shirt in the light bulb or fixture. The food was good, and the menu had a wide variety.
