BEFORE YOU BOOK! Marmalade only offers tasting menus and does not provide an a la carte selection nor a children’s menu. For all reservations of 5 or fewer guests, we only offer a 5-course dinner priced at $135.00 per seat. This price applies to all guests, regardless of age, ensuring a consistent experience. For groups of 6 or more, we only offer a Fixed Group Tasting Menu starting at $159.00 per seat, 5 course is not available for groups of 6 or more. All guests, including children, are charged the full price. Schedule at least 2 and a half hours for the full experience. THIS IS AN ADULT ORIENTED EXPERIENCE. We do not have high-chairs, changing tables, and there is no room for strollers. FOR A SMOOTH SERVICE, NO SPLIT CHECKS.

Besides this being a top 3 meal ever in my life (I am NOT exaggerating there, and while I have not eaten all over the word, I certainly have eaten all over the US), the service was absolute next level, attention to detail, kindness, gratitude. We were celebrating my wife’s 50th and the entire staff made and signed a card for her, the exec chef came out and wished her Happy Birthday. Absolute next level in every way, ALL of the hype is justified. You definitely PAY for it, but, IMHO, worth every penny.

Made a last minute decision and snagged an early reservation. I am SOOOO happy we did. EVERYTHING was so tasty. Hands down, one of the, if not THE best meals I’ve ever had. Our server, Cristina, was phenomenal. Shared so much about PR. And, everyone else from the hostess to the other runners were amazing. Truly a magical meal.

This restaurant has been so consistent for the past 20yrs. It always a great time, amazing food and service.

Everything we had, 10 unique dishes for two people, was spectacular. My favorite was the tuna tartare and the halibut, my wife's favorite was the tiny bean soup and miso creme brulee. Our cocktails were also clever and delicious. Our culinary tour guide was Shay, who was both knowledgeable and attentive and made us feel like truly welcome guests. This restaurant by itself is a valid reason to fly back to San Juan.

Last night Marmalade became my favorite restaurant in the world. The food is perfectly balanced, with amazing flavor, and it is so perfectly paired with each glass of wine. The experience is amazing. You feel the love and care of the chef in each bite. Service was outstanding and the restaurant is beautiful!!
