The Marmalade Experience

BEFORE YOU BOOK! Marmalade only offers tasting menus and does not provide an a la carte selection nor a children’s menu. For all reservations of 5 or fewer guests, we only offer a 5-course dinner priced at $145.00 per seat. This price applies to all guests, regardless of age, ensuring a consistent experience. For groups of 6 or more, we only offer a Fixed Group Tasting Menu starting at $169.00 per seat, 5 course is not available for groups of 6 or more. All guests, including children, are charged the full price. THIS IS AN ADULT ORIENTED EXPERIENCE. We do not have high-chairs, changing tables, and there is no room for strollers. NO SPLIT CHECKS.

I have heard so much about this restaurant, my expectations were high. The service and attention to detail was phenomenal. All staff are so insanely knowledgeable and polite. Unfortunately, the food was a miss for me.

Fabulous meal and overall dining experience! Each dish we selected on our 5 course tasting menu was beautifully presented with exquisite flavors! The service was exceptional as well!

Marmalade was as good as always. It rivals any Michelin-starred restaurant. The food is simply amazing. The service is also incredible. Priscilla, the manager. was a delight and so much fun to talk to. She made our meal special as did Santi, our server. i cannot express how truly wonderful this restaurant is.

This was our favorite dining experience ever, all of the food was outstanding, especially the white bean soup. I had the bob marley and global warming cocktails, both were amazing. The popcorn shrimp was delicious, lobster risotto was good but probably the least interesting of everything I had. The duck duck goose was phenomenal, so many contrasting flavors and textures but it worked so well. The three pigs was delicious, best pork belly I’ve had. My boyfriend had the beef tenderloin, he says it was fine, nothing special and the sauce was overpowering but I thought it was good. Just not what he was looking for. I had the blueberries, bourbon and backn for desert and it was pretty good definitely a sweet dessert, the passion fruit thing (I forgot the name) was absolutely phenomenal. Everything was so good we briefly considered coming back the next night (also just to experience the soup again). The service was also outstanding, they even shared a QR code with us with other recommendations in the area.

We had a great evening at marmalade. The food was delicious and beautifully served, and our waiter, Ana, was amazing. I highly recommend this place - we will definitely be back.

I am a NYC foodie, so my standards are high. My dining experience was exceptional. From the hostess to the manager, they were so accommodating, pleasant and professional. The server was on point, always scanning his guests to see if they needed anything. The true test of a great waiter. He was awesome. 5 courses were creative, delicious and coursed out in timely perfection. The only suggestion I have is for the restaurant to invest in a cappucino machine that has caffeinated AND decaf. I always end my meals with a decaf cap with Sambuca. It's a minimal investment, especially in light of a $400 bill, which was fine, but this would put the icing on the cake! Btw, it was my birthday and the candle was a nice added touch. Marmalade is now my favorite restaurant in PR and I have been coming to PR for 30 years!
