For all reservations of 5 or fewer guests, we only offer a 5-course dinner priced at $139.00 per seat. This price applies to all guests, regardless of age, ensuring a consistent experience. For groups of 6 or more, we only offer a Fixed Group Tasting Menu starting at $165.00 per seat, 5 course is not available for groups of 6 or more. All guests, including children, are charged the full price. Schedule at least 2 and a half hours for the full experience. THIS IS AN ADULT ORIENTED EXPERIENCE. We do not have high-chairs, changing tables, and there is no room for strollers. FOR A SMOOTH SERVICE, NO SPLIT CHECKS.

Excellent food and service. Could not ask for anything more! Great place for a special occasion. Intimate, cozy seating arrangements and hardly any noise even when the place was almost full. Will definitely have to come back.

We celebrated the beginning of our honeymoon here, and it’s the best decision we’ve made! They made it really really special and the food was fabulous!!! Out of the menus specials are all amazing 15/10 recommend!!!

Walked in to Marmalade and my first impression was wow. Very Old San Juan-chic. The vibrant yet subtle colors inside make the beginning of this not only culinary but also sensory experience, amazing. The hostess was very polite and polished. I was walked to my table and given a brief yet elegant explanation of the menu and ordering process. I had lot of question for the server who was very knowledgeable. The server helped me decide on a few of the menu choices. Very happy with the food. The tuna Tar Tar was out of this world. Very balanced and delicious flavors. The little white bean soup is probably one of the best I’ve ever had. For my main I had the halibut but I also got to try the tenderloin and I was very happy with both dishes. The salsa on top of the halibut had the right amount of acidity to complement the buttery halibut steak. The tenderloin was cooked to perfection. For dessert the Burberry bacon and bourbon was the perfect ending to my evening, the pastry melts in your mouth and the explosion of flavors is unique as the whole menu and vibe in this restaurant. 10/10 will be coming back.

Our experience at Marmalade for our anniversary was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel celebrated—almost every employee took a moment to congratulate us, adding such a thoughtful touch to the evening. It was my first time trying a wine pairing, and I was impressed. Each wine and spirit selection not only complemented the dishes beautifully but also came with a brief introduction that enhanced our appreciation for the pairing. The white bean cream soup truly lives up to the hype—its smoothness and flavor are remarkable. I jokingly remarked on how amazing it was to our server, who, much to my surprise, quickly returned with a recipe card for the soup. She even wrote down additional tips for achieving the soup’s smoothness. Every dish we tried was excellent in portion size, texture, and flavor. Even our 14-year-old, gave the experience a 5 star review. Marmalade was a great choice to celebrate our anniversary. We would highly recommend it for any special occasion!

As always the service and food were sensational. Alejandro our waiter and all the staff are exceptional, knowledgeable and down right friendly and accommodating. A dinner at Marmalade is always something we look forward to.

Always love coming here when visiting San Juan! Brought my friend here for her birthday and once again the staff is just phenomenal on recognizing her and wishing her a happy birthday. This is always a non-negotiable dinner night for me when visiting the island! Thank you all once again for such an amazing experience and FANTASTIC food:)

Unfortunately, we didn’t get to experience the five course meal, but the chef Peter was absolutely amazing. He tried to accommodate us as much as possible.. we went for my birthday, and my partner is allergic to everything under the sun, and I was being selfish because it was my birthday and thought I could get away with this place, but quickly realized everything on the menu he was allergic to. I did eat the soup and it was soooo dang on good. I will be back.
