BEFORE YOU BOOK! Marmalade only offers tasting menus and does not provide an a la carte selection nor a children’s menu. For all reservations of 5 or fewer guests, we only offer a 5-course dinner priced at $145.00 per seat. This price applies to all guests, regardless of age, ensuring a consistent experience. For groups of 6 or more, we only offer a Fixed Group Tasting Menu starting at $169.00 per seat, 5 course is not available for groups of 6 or more. All guests, including children, are charged the full price. THIS IS AN ADULT ORIENTED EXPERIENCE. We do not have high-chairs, changing tables, and there is no room for strollers. NO SPLIT CHECKS.

I wrote a review earlier, the owner responded, but it appears the review was deleted. That explains why the reviews are so.high, apparently most of the bad ones get deleted.. I was not happy with the food at all. Flavorless and bland. I live in Chicago and pay good money for good food. This was good.money for bad food.

Excelente experience; outstanding food, service and value for the money. You pay for what you eat. Most close to a Michelin Star restaurant in Puerto Rico.

We can’t begin to express how absolutely amazing everything about our experience at Marmalade was. From the personal attention to our reservation to the final farewell, the entire staff were engaged and made us feel valued. The food was exceptional and the wine pairing could not have been more perfect. This was a feast for all of our senses. The presentation was awe inspiring; the flavors were explosive. We were quite simply delighted with it all!

We had a fantastic 5 course tasting menu paired with wines forValentine’s Day. We loved having choices on food and appreciated the thoughtful and creative wine pairings. All of the food was fantastic but the Triple B dessert was perhaps our favorite.

It’s the greatest dining experience I’ve ever had. They had creative and refreshing dishes, and a warm and welcoming staff that made our anniversary night the best.

Spectacular meal. The attention to detail is immaculate. Came for a birthday dinner and all the staff wished my wife a happy birthday. We did the wine pairing and each wine was described very well and how it paired with each dish. The pace of the meal was perfect. Great place for celebrating or splurging on vacation.

Good choices on the tasting menu. Good size portions so that you are not leaving too full and uncomfortable. Service was also good and courses were well timed. Food was well prepared with quality ingredients. The atmosphere and experience were not quite matching the price. Maybe because we were sitting at the bar instead of a more private table/booth. I would expect flavors and food combinations I’ve never or rarely seen or tasted- more creative presentations or some entertainment or decor that was unique and valuable to the dining experience. However, overall- we enjoyed ourselves and the food.
