Chef Peter Schintler will be offering a tasting menu in harmony with the season. Reservations of 5 or less will enjoy a 5 course dinner priced at $159.00. For groups of 6 or more, we only offer a Fixed Group Tasting Menu priced at $179.00, the 5 course is not available for groups of 6 or more. Prices are per seat and applies to all guests, regardless of age, ensuring a consistent experience. Marmalade does not offer a la carte. To meet demand the dinner will last 2 hours and 45 minutes. THIS IS AN ADULT ORIENTED EXPERIENCE. We do not have high-chairs, changing tables, and there is no room for strollers. FOR A SMOOTH SERVICE, NO SPLIT CHECKS.

Due to extensive renovations our cocktail program is not available, wines available. For all reservations of 5 or fewer guests, we only offer a 5-course dinner priced at $139.00 per seat. This price applies to all guests, regardless of age, ensuring a consistent experience. For groups of 6 or more, we only offer a Fixed Group Tasting Menu starting at $165.00 per seat, 5 course is not available for groups of 6 or more. Beautifully prepared, presented, and served. Portions were generous for this type of fine fining. They were creative and delicious. Our server, Roberto, was knowledgeable about the dishes and wine pairing. A memorable experience in old San Juan.

Beautifully executed food in a gorgeous setting. The white bean soup with black truffles is spectacular.

I had so many recommendations to come try out Marmalade and I was still blown away by the level of service and attention to detail. Rafael was my host and he did an excellent job with making food and drink recommendations, and checking in with me throughout the entire meal. I’ve tried many wonderful restaurants in PR and this has easily become a favorite. The menu is diverse and there is so much depth to each dish. Certainly worth a visit, especially for a special occasion!

My girlfriend and I dined at marmalade tonight and she stated that it was the best dining experience she’s ever had in her entire life. The food was delicious. The service was incredible and they genuinely made you feel like they wanted you to thoroughly enjoy your time while you were there.

Making this my “layover” go to. Landed at SJU and had 5hrs before my next flight to final destination (bags already check through to final local). I decided to book a reservation (in advance-2 weeks) at Marmalade, knowing I had the time and opportunity to have that space filled with an enjoyable experience. UBER ride has us there in 20min. Best use of time between flights ever! Thanks for the awesome service Ana!!!

Our family has been enjoying Marmalade for years. It is our only go to destination for special occasions and we are ALWAYS delighted with the experience. Tonight was no exception- from the professional and thoughtful service- to the food quality and presentation!! Every course was a symphony of incredible combination of textures and flavors- perfectly balanced. The white bean soup- a staple - was even better than I remembered. The lobster risotto was creamy with generous chunks of fresh lobster. The Sea bass melted in my mouth! Of course the chocolate dessert was over the top rich with multiple layers of chocolate textures and a hint of raspberry. The cocktails were unique and yummy. We were made to feel very welcome and the pacing of the meal was impeccable. This is an experience that is not to be missed when you come to discover the best that Puerto Rico has to offer. THANK YOU!
