To welcome the New Year Chef Peter Schintler will offer a unique multi course gastronomic tasting menu inspired by the season priced at $389.00 per seat. The experience includes wine pairing or spirit free pairing. ONLY RESERVATIONS AT OR AFTER 9:00PM WILL WELCOME THE NEW YEAR AT THE RESTAURANT. Earlier reservations will be sent to welcome the new year elsewhere with full bellies. *Special price of $329.00 for 5:00pm, 5:15pm and 5:30pm reservations.* No shows will be charged full price per guest. Price is per seat and applies to all guests. Marmalade does not offer a la carte and is an adult driven experience. We do not have high-chairs, changing tables, nor room for strollers. To meet demand the dinner will last 3 hours and 15 minutes.

Amazing tasting menu. Perfectly paired, plated and apportioned. Super innovative combinations that all worked. Truly a feast for the body, soul and the eyes. The delicate use of truffles surprised and delighted. Wonderful service and ambiance. The soup and palate cleansers were particularly notable, as was the ceviche, tuna, tenderloin, halibut. The wines were fantastic, even the silverware and plates were creative and top quality. I can’t say enough good. Better than any Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve been to in Rome or New York!

Marmalade was incredible. From the moment we entered until we left, we were made to feel welcome and every question answered, every request granted. We had tuna tartare, popcorn shrimp, beets, white bean soup- their signature, mushrooms with lentils, rabbit garganelli, romanesco pasta, grilled tuna, vegan pasteles, beef tenderloin, choco L8, pears, and B3- bacon, blueberries & bourbon. There were also 3 different palate cleanser sorbets with their own unique sauces-pineapple, plum, and matcha. One of our party was vegetarian and there were so many options for her, both on and off the menu. Each dish was a work of art, including the cocktails. The service was professional but warm and friendly. Truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Our food was so wonderful, I can’t imagine how good the staff meal must be at a place of this caliber.

Outstanding food, service, ambiance. This is not a value restaurant but I will do again. As good as any I have been in around the globe.

The food was delicious and the service provided was excellent, specially from our server Melanie. Highly recommended! Be ready to spend a great deal, but is definitely worthy.

This was my 3rd visit to this incredible restaurant. In fact I chose the cruise I am on because it had a late night San Juan departure allowing me to visit Marmalade for dinner. As always, food and service impeccable. Never stuffy in this temple to divine food preparation and presentation. The staff is always anxious to describe and aide in choosing the perfect progression for your meal.

Spectacular meal! Each course showed such attention to detail. We were a party with substantial dietary limitations. The staff worked diligently and kindly to meet those needs.

From the warm, friendly greeting upon entering to the farewell wish for a wonderful evening. Marmalade sets the standard for an amazing culinary adventure. I've traveled all around the world and am proud to say Marmalade is one of the only MUST revisit restaurants whenever I'm in San Juan. The menu is unique and pushes your taste buds to their limits. The staff is well educated and very helpful in explaining every dish and every wine pairing (yes, the wine pairing is a must). Reward yourself with someone you could never recreate at home or in any other restaurant. You'll thank me later many times over.

Wonderful, inventive food! We had the vegetarian tasting menu and it was delicious! Would recommend for anyone looking to treat themselves to a delightful meal with attentive service.
