Sadly, Maritime Parc isn’t the same since the pandemic. The view is as beautiful as always, but the food isn’t good anymore, and the service, while friendly, is bad. This is a missed opportunity to be a wonderful restaurant but it’s poorly managed. Maybe their real business are the events and they don’t care much about the restaurant anymore?

Thursday special is a good value. They need more than one waiter in a busy restaurant. He was overwhelmed and made mistakes. We felt so badly for him that it took away from the dining experience as one order was wrong and it was hard to get his attention. Not his fault but it was uncomfortable to watch.

Party of 8. I understand it’s a ‘big party’ but inside or outside place was NOT busy. One house after ordering two orders of drinks, apps and entrees, all we got was our first round of drinks. We let and ordered Chinese to our food. Chinese 100%

On a Friday night there was 1 server. We waited extreme amounts of time for everything to come out. Meanwhile there’s a manager walking around asking how everything is. It’s not ok Miss! How about you help the server since he’s serving several tables all on his own. Drinks were watered down by the time we got it. Waited 20 mins for coffee. Then another 10 mins for sugar and milk. By that time it was cold! Which they did take that off the bill, when we mentioned it. Appetizers were not amazing, but good. Food not the best! The view was great but I would not dine here again! Great job to Ret the only server there. He tried his best. We still tipped him very well as it is not his fault this establishment did not have additional servers except him!! He was very patient and kind!

Oysters and burgers nite...always great on the patio when the weather is warm . Our server was quite attentive and the fries disappeared quickly. More visits in order this summer.

Hello! Let me first say, I really appreciate the host, and our waitress for the evening! This was our second time visiting; last night for our anniversary and last year for Mother’s Day. Both times, weren’t overly crowded, yet we found ourselves waiting long for food. I was thankful for the complimentary anniversary champagne and the wine on the house after staff noticed we were waiting for an hour and 30 minutes for our entrees. The highlight of the night was my wife and I enjoying each others company and the Kung Pao Pork Belly & Crispy String Beans appetizers. I would love to frequent this establishment more often because of the ambience and appealing menu, but not even being served an entree last year because of an extremely long wait with minor follow up AND last night, almost having the same experience, it’ll be hard for me to do so. If I would recommend this establishment, I’d let people to know to expect to wait a while for meals, outside of the burger abcs duck fries that’s on the menu.

Was looking forward to our family dinner at Maritime Parc as I had not been there for ten years. Waiter was rushing us to order everything from drinks to appetizers to entrees. Seemed like he wanted to get us in and out of the restaurant. Even when we said that we would like a little more time, server felt the need to take a menu and tap on his suggestions, which was not solicited or appreciated. Waiter spoke far too quickly and softly, making it difficult for all our party to hear him. We had to ask multiple times for serving utensils and plates so we could share appetizers and sides. Water was spilled on the floor by our table and we had to request that someone wipe it up. The food was good, although some of the sides were lukewarm. Unfortunately I did not request a table with a view of NYC, so even that was disappointing. I guess I just though all tables would have a partial view, but we did not. I will not be returning or recommending Maritime Parc.
