We had an absolutely wonderful evening at Maple & Ash! Kevin our server was outstanding, we were on a bit of a time crunch and he managed to course out the tasting menu perfectly so we got out on time while never feeling rushed. The food was delicious as well as the drink pairings that Kevin suggested. Also being pregnant I loved the wide variety of non alcoholic drinks! Would definitely dine here again!

Went to celebrate my birthday. This would be my second time, and since our previous experience was so grest, I was excited to return. Unfortunately, the excitement didn't last very long. We were seated at one of the most awkardly placed tables, in what really should be a walk-way that divides 2 rooms. I could literally see through to the next room and had a clear shot of the kitchen. We had servers and staff whisk by the entire time - all around us. One server, while attending to someone on my left, had their butt on our table... another server (serving a nice table by the windows) right behind me bumped into me/my chair twice. It was just a Terrible location for a table, especially for anyone celebrating any special occassion. The sommelier was a bit arrogant, we just went with whatever they recommended because we didn't want to deal with them again for the rest of the night. Sadly our main server seemed very busy and not very engaging. We had to order our appetizers and entrees at the same time which seemed rushed. We ordered Crab, Wagyu, Halibut, etc., even Dessert... money was no object, however, we were shocked to see a $15.50 charge for Employee Benefits. I asked our server, who just very matter of factly stated that it was for their employee benefits. I then asked if this was separate from the gratuity, they said yes, and just walked away. Never mentioned that we could have the charge removed. We paid it and left a generous tip, but dont think we'll ever go back again.

Regarding our Staff Benefits charge, to help cover health insurance, benefits, and staff wellness programs, we add a 3.5% charge for all transactions paid. However, we break this out as a separate charge rather than build it into the costs of items as most businesses do so that if you choose, we can take that charge off your bill. Lovely atmosphere but a bit too loud. Food very good but a bit overpriced for quality

The waiter was rude and didn’t explain the menu, which is the biggest draw as it contains a 200.00 per person charge for a “I don’t give a f*ck” menu option where the meal is a chefs choice. He asked if we wanted appetizers, which we did. And then when it came time to order our main, we were told we couldn’t order the IDGAF if because we ordered appetizers. Which wasn’t explained to us. So my party of 4 had to quickly change our minds and order something else, not what we had all intended to order. Overall the food was good, but not worth the prices charged, the atmosphere is nice but frankly it’s just somewhere to take a date your trying to impress by spending a lot of money. I won’t be going back.

Went for our 1st Anniversary❤️❤️ We were treated well the atmosphere was beautiful dark and candlelight very romantic. I love the candles ! The food was delicious my steak could've been a little more seasoned! The service was excellent! Highly recommend for a special event in your life 🫶🏾

we felt rushed through the dinner and food was mediocre at best. the expectation was ‘amazing’ so it was disappointing
