The food and drinks are great but the service was horrible. Our waitress hardly came to the table. I had to get up more than once to ask for things. Our reservation was at 5:30pm so it wasn’t like it was a prime time, no excuse for ignoring our table.

Portions too small , chicken too salty , the meat was super chewy. Unbeatable and very expensive , never going back

I had high hopes for this beautiful restaurant, especially after seeing all of the TikTok reviews. Unfortunately the sloppy service and mediocre food completely destroyed me and my family’s experience. We had 8:15 reservations and did not get seated until 8:40 (no biggie). We ordered and the food was to be coursed out. During our first course we were told that the kitchen was closing and if we wanted any more food or dessert we needed to order right then. There was one dessert order placed. In the meantime we were finishing our first course the second course came and none of the dishes were cleared to make room prior to the entrees coming. So the staff commenced to push around empty dishes ( not taking them away) and jenga-ing in our entrees on the table. Until finally we asked them if they planned on taking the empty dishes. THEN they took the dishes!!!! Smh. The food overall was meh. I come to San Diego often and there are WAY better places to eat than Madison. Madison was a 1/10 go at your own risk.

The atmosphere was STUNNING. All staff was super friendly. The food and drinks were amazing as well.

Great experience and good food! A big thanks to the jazz performer. We had a wonderful time celebrating our friend’s birthday.

Overall great experience. Delicious, beautifully plated food, tasty drinks, kind servers & pleasant restaurants styling. Higher noise levels from everyone engaging in conversations at their table. Every time I return I leave content.

The portion size was so small when we left the the restaurant we were still hungry. The service was slow and servers made the experience uncomfortable.

We sat outside with a group of 7 and it was perfect! Able to chat and hear everyone. Food was great, restaurant inside was cute but loud. We were glad to be seated outside.

They didn't honor our reservation simply because we had gotten there early and decided to grab a drink at the bar. The hostess said we supposedly expressed we only wanted the bar area, so she gave our table away. We never said that. My friend checked in around 5pm to let her know we have a 6pm reservation but were early, so we were happy to wait at the bar. When I went back 5 minutes before the reservation to confirm where we were going to be seated, the hostess then said our reservation was canceled because we went to the bar. Ridiculous. That situation, paired with a volatile and uncomfortable bar tender experience, made it clear that this establishment does not care about their customers. We will never go back.

Went there for a friends birthday dinner. They had never been there before. I ordered the ravioli and one ordered the steak and the other order the chicken piccata. Both of them were very disappointed in the small amount of food they received.
