We started with cocktails at ZuluTime, the rooftop bar and then had a lovely dinner on the terrace at MacArthur’s. A perfect spot for a perfect gathering of friends.

Disappointing meal in a lovely setting. Staff friendly but a little erratic. Restaurant empty, terrace where we sat, only two other tables occupied. Food was typical hotel fare, commercial quality, lots of it (too much really), little flare. Hotel interesting - reminiscent of one of those Canadian "chateau" hotels.

The worst service and mediocre food. It’s a shame, because the venue is gorgeous.

For the price the buffet was limited and thefood was not very warm. Notvhaving pricing for children was short-sighted.

Super location with views of the Hudson high atop a bluff. Wait staff somewhat inattentive and did not appear to be happy to be working that day.

Booked an outside table for 1:30 but no table was available. Was told that its first come, first serve despite having a confirming email from Open Table. No one asked if we wanted anything to drink. Food did not come until 2:10 and we asked for coffee at 2:30 and were told that the kitchen was closed. We should have been told that the kitchen was closing and did we want anything else. There is no real customer service here so I don’t think that we will come back despite good food.

Cannot recommend. Service was very slow. Utensils were dirty. Then they brought me the wrong meal. The restaurant is beautiful, but service is awful.

Last minute trip to West Point, and first time to Thayer Hotel and MacArthur's Restaurant. One of the best fried chicken I ever had, and desserts were awesome.

Alyssa was our server. She was wonderful! We had a beautiful table with a wonderful view of the Hudson. The menu was eclectic - something for everyone. The food was well presented and delicious. The service was exceptional! It was the perfect place to celebrate a special birthday.
